    Adult Improvers Coaching

For those of you that have been through our Induction Course and/or are new to climbing/bouldering then TCA Glasgow offers a great way to keep developing your bouldering skills and gain confidence in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at no extra cost beyond the standard entry fee on one of our Adult Improvers Coaching Sessions

Every other Tuesday night between 7pm & 8pm we will be running a drop in session which is intended to be an opportunity to get some hints and tips from a member of our experienced climbing staff.  It is also an opportunity to start enjoying bouldering with some other like minded people who are themselves just getting in to this fantastic and rewarding sport. Learning from other climbers can be one of the best ways to improve quickly. The upcoming dates are as follows:

    Tuesday 21st May

    Tuesday 4th June

    Tuesday 18th June

    Tuesday 2nd July

If you are interested in finding out more please ask the reception staff. If you'd like to book a place then please see the singup sheet on the reception counter.

    Ladies Night

Running every other Tuesday night from September to the end of April, we offer a chance for the women of TCA Glasgow to climb together, share beta and meet new partners. Female staff members are on hand to help work on boulder problems and push your grades to new levels. Meet us by the slab wall Tuesday night around 6:30 and get some psyche!  Every four weeks starting on March 5, 2013, Ladies Night will be more coaching-oriented, with a focus on learning the techniques of bouldering and specifically aimed at those new to the sport. No extra charge above entry, and there are often homemade cakes to keep you climbing strong. Check our Facebook group for updates and more information.
